Just wanted to send you a note to express how much I enjoyed doing business with you. The patio furniture is great, but I was more impressed with your attitude toward customer satisfaction. I appreciate you replacing the base of the patio table that was somewhat unstable without question or delay. Even more impressive was your willingness to replace the base for the chair when I was responsible for the damage. I worked as COO of a company and was responsible for customer satisfaction. Store is Full of Ideas!
I am really going to miss coming to the store! You guys make it so much fun and the store is so full of ideas!
